Easy Lemon Curd Squares
Nobody will guess how simple this recipe is-a bake sale favorite!
1 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1.5 jars lemon curd
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Cream butter and sugar, mix in flour and baking powder.
3. Spread mixture into pregreased 9 x 13 pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Cool bars for 5 minutes, then spread lemon curd over bars.
5. Return bars to oven for 20 minutes, till lightly golden brown on the edges.
