1-1.5 lb fresh salmon filet
3 Tbsp. Granulated Vermont Maple Sugar
6 Tbsp. Sidehill Farm Maple Apple Drizzle
Pat dry the salmon fillet. Sprinkle top of salmon fillet with granulated maple sugar to coat evenly. Place fillet on a hot grill, skin side down and close lid to grill. Cook fillet until done WITHOUT flipping salmon fillet. Plate each serving with 1 TBSP of Maple Apple Drizzle on top.
