Seville Orange Homemade Marmalade
The quintessential Orange Marmalade-made with the ultimate marmalade orange, the 'Seville'. The short growing season and its popularity make it a challenge to keep this marmalade on the shelf!
At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit, and therefore more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.
Sidehill Farm’s gourmet jams, preserves and pure Vermont maple toppings make a fabulous gift from Vermont.
INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Pure Cane Sugar, Seville Oranges, and Lemon Juice.
No Pectin, No Preservatives, Non-GMO, Non-Fat, and Gluten Free.

I love orange marmalade, but sometimes it tastes artificial. This is delicious and has such a fresh taste. The only marmalade I buy now!

A little runny when at room temperature, but if kept in the fridge for awhile, it gels up nicely. Excellent taste. Will start trying other flavours soon.

You can put it up against any in the world. I've tried about every Seville orange marmalade there is. My favorite was one from the UK, but this one has won us over.
Right balance of sweet / sour / bitter and correct consistency.
