Apricot Homemade Jam
A glorious simple jam, just delicious sun-ripened apricots boiled down with pure cane sugar. This jam is loaded with flavor in every bite. Try adding our homemade jam flavor to your favorite baking recipe.
At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit, and therefore more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.

INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Apricots, Pure Cane Sugar, and Lemon Juice.

the jam is delicious on toast, and also as an ingredient in a chicken dish I make with the jam &
salsa served on rice. Yum! haven't tried the other jams I bought yet.

Dear Folks at Side Hill Farm,
I first received two jars of your jam at Christmas last year. I tasted them and thought they were so good. Once I finished those jars of jam, I decided to try two different ones.. Therefore, I purchased the Apricot and the Cranberry-Orange Marmalade for my next trial run. These jams passed again with flying colors. I will continue to buy your jams and so happy to find your farm.

I love apricots, and this jam is packed with apricot flavor. I can't imagine ever getting any other type of jam. I've now tried four flavors and they are all amazing.

After visiting Vermont I brought a few samples to take home. It's great on toast and also to use in my recipe for Turkey basting. I've ordered this as a gift to my parents in TN and I've ordered myself a few jars for my own home. I will keep ordering my future jams from here. Delivery was exceptional as well. Thank you!

We had purchased this jam a few months ago, but we just opened it recently. we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it tasted. so when reordering our regular purchase of apple butter we included 3 jars of the apricot jam

We received a jar of this last summer and it was so great that we ordered it along with a jar of peach. My husband, shockingly, said, "Please get more. This was much better than grocery store brands." (And, we've been getting a French apricot jam for years.)
