Pour over ice cream, pancakes and waffles, or stir into hot cereal and yogurt. Excellent sauce for pork and ham or to fill an acorn squash.
At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit, and therefore more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.
Sidehill Farm’s gourmet jams, preserves and pure Vermont maple toppings make a fabulous gift made in Vermont.
INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Macintosh Apples, Pure Cane Sugar, Vermont Maple Syrup, Granulated Maple Sugar, and Spices.
No Pectin, No Preservatives, Non-GMO, Non-Fat, and Gluten Free.

Got a jar of drizzle at the Maple Museum when we were in Vermont on vacation. That was four years ago. Since then I've eaten nothing on toast but the apple version. The blueberry and cranberry versions are good, too, but the apple just makes my day.

This is positively delicious, especially on vanilla ice cream. Before she retired, my mom owned a small country gift shop and she would sell this in her store. She had a hard time keeping it in stock, especially when we visited! Just scrumptious!

We bought some of this while we touring Vermont and stopped at Sidehill Farms. We put it on acorn squash and it was fantastic. We looked for something similar all the way around the New England area and couldn't find it. So when we got home, we ordered it by mail and will continue to do so whenever we run out.

We use this topping for pancakes, polenta, french toast...the kids love it, and so do we.

I've been buying this for several years, ever since we vactioned in Vermont and got some at the New England Maple Museum. It's still great, but the last jars I got seem to have a little more syrup, making it thinner. I'd prefer more apples and less syrup.

I top salmon with drizzle and chopped onion then bake it or grill it and then voila...perfect dinner every time.

I am completely addicted to this naturally delicious confection. I use this on my oatmeal every morning for breakfast and it is such a perfect treat. It makes waking up after a long night with a teething 8 month old-a lot easier. Thank you for having the creativity to imagine my perfect breakfast!

I have been purchasing the Maple Apple Drizzle for years when I visit Vermont. I've used it on hams, sweet potatoes, squash etc. and get rave reviews for flavor. I always keep a couple of jars on hand for gifts as well. GREAT PRODUCT! Keep it commin'!
