Macintosh Apples grown and picked fresh from New England, pure Vermont Maple Syrup, and spices are hand stirred to create this heavenly fruit topping. Pour over ice cream, pancakes and waffles, or stir into hot cereal and yogurt. Excellent sauce for pork and ham or to fill an acorn squash.

At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit, and therefore more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.

Sidehill Farm’s gourmet jams, preserves and pure Vermont maple toppings make a fabulous gift made in Vermont.

INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Macintosh Apples, Pure Cane Sugar, Vermont Maple Syrup, Granulated Maple Sugar, and Spices.

No Pectin, No Preservatives, Non-GMO, Non-Fat, and Gluten Free.

Got the maple apple drizzle for Christmas from my daughter in law who lives in Vermont. INCREDIBLE! Put a tablespoon in my oatmeal, spread it on french toast, mixed it in plain yogurt. Reordered immediatley and added your maple blueberry & maple cranberry drizzles.
The flavors and ingredients are so fresh.

I love this product. Useful for many recipes - like it on baked acorn squash - not just for breakfast or dessert. Ordered some for Christmas gifts - should have bought more for myself. Will have to order some more soon.

  7. A Few of My Favorite Things 5 Star Review

Posted by on 17th Dec 2012

This is up there with a few of my favorite things. Purchased my first jar at WREN in Bethlehem and decided to buy several more to put in Christmas baskets for friends. How can you go wrong mixing apples with maple syrup? We enjoyed over ice cream, and I used it as a condiment with pork chops. Straight out of the jar is another option !

  10. Great stuff! 4 Star Review

Posted by on 29th Oct 2012

I found this when we visited Vermont a few years ago. It is only spread I use on breakfast toast except when I get an occasional jar of the blueberry or cranberry version. I also use it on vanilla ice cream. Only reason I don't give it four stars is because I'd rather it have a little more apple and a little less syrup.
